Dispatch Timeline

All clothing products are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, depending on the norms of the courier company or post office.
Orders placed on national holidays and Sundays will be processed the next business day.
International orders are dispatched within 2 to 14 working days.
If an order contains multiple products with varying timelines, the entire shipment will be dispatched together.
Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends.

Tracking Details

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address, phone number, and displayed on your TheVanya's account.
If you do not see the email, please check your junk/spam folders or contact us at support@thevanyas.com.

Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders: Delivery time across India is 8 to 15 working days, depending on the delivery location.
International Orders: Delivery time is 15 to 25 working days, depending on the country location.
⚠️ Customs and import duties, if applicable, must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

Reverse Pickup for Returns

We offer reverse pickup for eligible item returns within India.
For any exchange or replacement, reverse pickup may not be available for certain addresses.
In such cases, customers will need to ship the product back to us at their own cost and risk.
🚫 Reverse pickup service is not available for international orders.

Customers who refuse or fail to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders after shipment may face restrictions on placing future COD orders.
In such cases, we may require customers to switch to prepaid payment methods or verify their mobile numbers before allowing COD again.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping: Free for orders above Rs. 1299.
For orders below Rs. 1299, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 is charged for both COD and prepaid orders.
