Product(s) are unused and unwashed.

Tags are intact.
-
Items not purchased during sale/clearance offers (e.g., Buy one Get One, Stock Clearance).

Product(s) not custom-altered/tailored by the customer.

Free gifts/offers must also be returned with the main item.

Customers must pack the correct item (same SKU/serial number) and record a clear, continuous packing video.
Ineligible Returns:

Customized/altered products.

Sale(Buy one Get One/Stock clearance ) products.
-
Used/washed items (signs of wear, stains, odors, damage).
-
Missing tags or packaging.
-
Partial return of sets (e.g., dupatta or blouse only).
-
Minor color variations (due to lighting/fabric dye).
-
Subjective reasons (disliking design/style).
-
Opening without 360ยฐ unboxing video.
-
Requests made after 72 hours of delivery.

Returns without proper packaging or missing order details.

All refunds are issued only via store credit/gift cards (valid for 1 year).

Store Credit Refunds:

Applicable for wrong, damaged, or defective product deliveries.

Issued within 5โ7 working days after inspection.

Store credit can be used for future purchases but cannot be combined with offers/coupons.

Purchases made with store credit or gift cards are not eligible for return/exchange.

Claims require a clear 360ยฐ unboxing video from parcel opening to product inspection (no cuts/pauses).

Video must capture packaging, seal, and product condition.

Inform us within 72 hours of delivery.

Reverse pickup or self-return options available (based on location).
-
No return fee for damaged/incorrect items (video proof required).
๐ Exchange Policy

Size Exchange/Replacement: Replacement must be of equal or higher value.

Exchange request must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

If requested size is unavailable, exchange with another product will be offered.

Reverse pickup fee: โน150 per product (paid by customer).

Only one exchange allowed per order.

Self-Return: Use a traceable method & mention name, order ID, mobile number.

Processing Timeline: Exchange/replacement processed in 3โ5 working days after receiving the item. Overall process: 15โ20 working days.
Charges:

Free shipping for damaged/incorrect items (video proof required).

Customer-initiated exchanges: โน150 reverse pickup fee per product.
โ Cancellation Policy

COD Orders: Cancellable within 24 hours.

Prepaid Orders: 5% payment gateway fee deducted, balance refunded as store credit.

TheVanyaโs reserves the right to cancel orders for product unavailability or repeated cancellations.
๐ซ Fraudulent Returns

Sending wrong, unrelated, or intentionally damaged items will be treated as fraudulent.

Such returns will be rejected and refund/exchange denied.

TheVanya's records all unpacking videos at our warehouse.

Evidence may be shared during disputes to protect against fraudulent claims.

Do not accept parcels that are open, tampered, or damaged.
